How can you rec Email on Sympatico from friendly but blocked domain?

Is there a way to bypass Sympatico’s spam filters with a custom filter or ALLOW list to receive Email from a legit site which is on their spam list? If not, does adding the address to my address book work? Please advise all possible methods.
Thanks. It’s good to know there is an Allow List for Sympatico. Do you know where I can locate it and whether I can also add just domains so anything from a site will get thru if they use diff user names? Thanks again!

    if you add the address to your allow list and email address list it should go through.
