Work email keeps going to spam folder on yahoo. Help?
lee c asked:
Everytime I or someone from my work sends an email to my yahoo account it is delegated to the spam folder. I have contacted the people at fusemail and they say that is yahoo’s fault. I’m concerned that all of the emails I’m sending out for work related purposes are being put in people’s spam folders and never read. I have been getting little to no response from my emails so I believe this is definitely the case. Any idea on how we can bypass the spam filters or adjust our fusemail account to not be confused as spam

Program the E-mail address then it will put your work E-mails in the in-box
Hope this helps YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Put your work e-mail addy and the people’s work e-mail addy in your address book on yahoo. Then it shouldn’t go to your spam folder after that.
First, for yourself put your work contacts into your Contacts. Second follow this yahoo tutorial:
Now for mail to customers, Yahoo and other such systems key in on repetitive verbage. Make your message look more like an individual email. Make your signature not too fancy or large. Don’t have a big section that looks the same for every message.
hi not sure from your question if its the sending or receiving of emails which are being seen a SPAM.
if its the emails coming IN from WORK then go into your yahoo email spam filter (under settings/options) and add your works domain as an approved email address so for example @abc123.com
if its the emails going OUT to WORK then its your works SPAM filters which are picking up your email address as spam. Simply ask your admin at work to add your yahoo email address to the approved email addresses list. If you only email one or two people at work then just ask them to find an email from you in the junk email address and click NOT JUNK or NOT SPAM or APPROVED SENDER etc…
hope this emails
