Gmail email question. Is there any way to set my Gmail spam filter better?

I keep getting alot of spam mostly porn or presciption meds. My spam box has over 80 emails within 1 hour. How can i set this up to not get this.
I hate to click on the email, because it may be a keylogger or virus. Thanks.

You can’t
The spam folder is doing it’s job and keeping it away from other normal email.
Gmail filtering is one of the best I’ve seen, with almost NO false positives and very few that get through.
Simply DO NOT open emails in the spam folder unless you are sure you know the sender and it’s not spam
Use the delete all spam button near the rop.

The Gmail is having no one filter set for all mail accounts by default.There is no need to made any changes you can just select the mail address from your gmail inbox and click on report spam.
